Her passion for the traditional peasant

today one can taste traditional courses from Salento. In fact, peasant tradition
even if it is poor in ingredients, is rich in history and unexpected pleasure.
Rosalba’s Restaurant is in the
old town centre of Lecce in front of Arco di Prato, which backs to 16th century.
